Like all things mechanical, your Rolex watch may start to malfunction over time. Whether it stops running, had water inside, has a cracked crystal, or is just very very old, we can service your Rolex timepiece and get it running perfectly again.

Two Year Warranty

All of our Rolex services that have the full, recommended service done come with a one year warranty, so you can have peace of mind that we stand behind our work.

What is included with service and how much does it cost?

Every watch is different. Newer watches will only need the basic service. Older watches may require additional parts which are detailed in your estimate. We won’t know the total cost until we receive the estimate from Rolex.

Repair Timeframe

When we take your watch in for repair or service, we usually have an estimate for you within 2-3 weeks. From there, you proceed or decline the order and depending on what the watch needs, most repairs take several more weeks to get back to you.

If you have an older or vintage timepiece, there is a chance that your repair could take longer if parts need to be sourced.

Below is a video of all that’s required to disassemble and service a Rolex Submariner model. While it is not a video of our exact watchmaker, it is an interesting video to see what’s involved in the process, and why the labor is so specialized.
